Calendar Tags!

Before I leave to CHA, I thought I would say a quick thank you! We have had such a wonderful response to our blog. I truly enjoyed every single comment. I read each one. Yes, I did. ;)

Recently, we noticed our 2009 Calendar tags have gained some popularity! It must be because of a new year! Either way, we thank you. Perhaps it's the wonderful NEW shape we offer?? I just love that swanky shape! Don't you!?
For those that recently purchased these beauties, please share your projects with us. We would love to see your ideas as well!!

Here are some of the ways to use all 3 types of calendar tags we offer:

1. Layouts- These FOREVER calendar tags make the perfect addition to any page. They make the perfect accent and once you circle the date, you have no reason to write it anywhere else. I found a beautiful layout on Sassy Sasha's blog. These beauties were just published in Scrapbook Trends Feb issue. Here is her layout (top right) from her blog:
2. Mini albums: After a wonderful customer sent me pictures of a class she taught in France using our 2008 Calendar Tags, I decided to make a mini album of my own for 2009. (Pictures to come) Just look at this cute mini album:3. Magnets: What better way to have a kitchen calendar! I simply added some magnet strips on the back of each laminated tag! I love this calendar idea because It takes very little space and it's right there in front of you!!
4. Wall decor- I hung some Martha Stewart peppermint twine and clipped each tag with a mini wooden clothes pin. You can also hang these at work, in your cubical. They just look so cute above my desk/scrap table! *sigh* 5. Save the Dates- Albert and I had save the dates printed for our wedding and they are the perfect way to remind your guest of your special day. If you are feeling crafty...make your own using our chic calendars! We can definitely customize the colors of your calendar. Just send us an email! ;)

There you have it! Five terrific ways to use these nifty little tags! Have a great weekend everyone. Ahhhh...you know I can't leave without ANOTHER GIVEAWAY! Now that I have your creative juices flowing...that would be so wrong of me! :D

****Giveaway****
One winner will receive: 2 sets- 2009 Brights & Black/White Calendar tags!!
I would love to hear some of your goals. One of my goals is to take care of this blog. I have neglected this poor thing for FAR too long!

xoxo,
Veronica

Love it all. My computer has been messed up for a week or so, so I can't ever see all of the pictures. But I love all the ideas. Love those tags for Save the Dates. I always wanted to do those, but never did.

Okay, here's a couple things. Gosh there are so many.

1}Post my acual list on the side bar of my blog.

2}Send a card to every family member on their birthday this year.

My goal is to finish as many of the unfinished objects in my studio as possible by Dec 31, 2009. I have everything from cross stitch, needlepoint, punch needle, cards for birthdays & weddings, quilt tops, scrapbook layouts, mini albums, scrappable decor, and more on my UFO list and I plan to get it done this year! Then I'm going to make a mini album about getting it all done and use the forever calendars for each month! Love those things! : )

My goal is to simplify my life. I've been doing the kitchen cupboards this week. It feels great to be getting rid of things that never get used.

I have lots of goals. Not connected to New Years though - I never do New Year's resolutions. :)

Here are some of the ones I am working on:

1. Stay away from the sugar as it only makes my mood swing.
2. Stay FURTHER away from anything heavily coloured because I turn into a Mrs Hyde version of me after eating colourized stuff. Especially if there's sugar in it too, like MnM's. *sigh*
3. Stay organized. Don't let things pile up. Clean out stuff.
4. Never get too busy for yoga/pilates. They help me achieve the three afforementioned goals.
:)

Ps. It's the shapes. At least for me. I like all kinds of calendars, but these...?? LOOOVE them!!

One of my goals is to get a mammogram since my mother and sister-in-law have been diagnosed in the last 4 months.

Another is to create more. I always have so many ideas, but implementing them is my downfall!!!

My main goal this year is to keep up w/ my Proj. 365 album. So far so good, but it's only January. ;)
I also want to catch up w/ scrapping "events" from this past year. In non-scrappy matters, I'd like to go to the gym 3-4 times/week to maintain my weight (and it wouldn't hurt to lose a couple lbs. either). Thanks for the giveaway - your tags are awesome!
