October Guest Designer- Christina Padilla

1. I'm a twilight geek. I've read all the books, watched the movie more than I can really admit to and even have a mini Edward Cullen action figure. Yes, I am a total Twilight Fangirl.
2. I'm all about statement necklaces, earrings and bracelets. I'm a accessory junkie. A necklace everyday.
3. Flats are an obsession in my life right now.
4. I'm addicted to Facebook on my iPhone.
5. I love Halloween. The costumes, the d├ęcor, the turning leaves, the candy....I'm all about it.
The creativeness flows during the evening. Once the kiddos are tucked away in dreamland, it's time to head into the scrapbook studio (aka: the garage) put some music on and scrapbook until the wee hours.
I started scrapbooking when I was a teenager. So I would guess that I've been scrapbooking for 18 years or so. Those books are special to me, just as special as the brand spankin' new ones I create today.

When I was about 4 years old a traveling photographer with a pony was in our neighborhood and I had my picture taken sitting on it. They put a vest, cowboy hat and a scarf around my neck. I was rockin' the cowgirl look. Awesomesauce.
Right now, misting has taken over my life. I love it. My favorite technique is clustering. I love to put a little collection of goodies on my pages. Random findings, buttons, ribbon, handmade embellishments.
Glee, Vampire Diaries and True Blood. Now if the the three of them would unite into one show, that would be amazing and quite entertaining television.

Christina has a wonderful blog full of inspiration! Please visit her BLOG, you will not be disappointed!

*** Thank you so much Christina for all your work. I fell in love with Christina's scrapping style back when she was a Hambly girl. I stalked her blog frequently and just adored her humor and cute family! I am so glad you could help us out. SO, SO Sorry this post took forever to post. I blame everything on this pregnancy! lol

The biggest portion of my Halloween celebration will take place at the Trunk a Treat at my school. I'm a seventh grade teacher and our hall decided to dress up as a golf team - should be interesting!

Christina's work ROCKS! Just love her style.
Our plans for Halloween are just to join our neighbors outside to enjoy neighborhood trick-or-treaters. We like to group together to give out candy...it's easier on the kids, and we can catch up with each other too!

Ooooh I love Halloween, DD & I are dressing up as Little Witch & Big Witch, even the dog has a set of devil horns (Although I wish I could find a dog costume with 2 extra heads for him... he'd look great as a 3 headed pooch. I'll carve my pumpkin on Saturday morning, I usually grow my own but they failed this year, so my Dad bought one & put it in my pumpkin patch for me.
Those tags are gorgeous & I would love to add them to my halloween stash... fab giveaway & thanks for the chance to win.

I love Halloween! We love to throw parties to celebrate in costume. In fact I am putting some of my SB supplies to good use and updating some of our Halloween decorations this year! Who can't use some glittered bats and pumpkins in their house?
I am dressing up as a shark this year!

My son is King Tut's Mummy, while my daughter is a pink go-go dancer from the 60's...we're planning to attend a friend's halloween party with their church group, because it will be indoors, warm and dry!

Every year our friends have a Halloween party and I just love going. Annette has the entire house decked out for the holiday and each year I try to find her another "spooky" decoration to bring as a hostess gift. She always makes things a lot of fun with eyeballs in the dip and spiders in the drinks. Even when I bring home goodies for my hubby, who usually can't attend, she puts some kind of creature or body part in with it.

I always take lots of pictures of everyone in costume, her home, and the food and make a layout about the evening. Even now that the kids are older, we still have a wonderful time. Her parties are the best!

C-love all the layouts and techniques! I guess the 1st thing I need to do for Halloween is buy some candy; I was trying to use willpower not to eat all the Twix bars!Thing1 & Thing 2 are gonna be Frankenstein & the Bride of Frankenstein so the photoshoot should be cool!

Oh I think I am the only one in our family who loves Halloween. I like to dress up as the witch of the woods. My costume is all green and brown, with lots of fabric leaves and spiders and bats attached to it. My hair is all messed up and I love to paint a lot of ivy and spiderwebs into my face and my hands.

One of my three year old twin sons is obsessed with Super Brady this action hero he created about himself (Braden). I took a Captain America costume and altered it into a Super Brady costume! It's adorable!
His twin is Peter Pan's greatest fan so we made him a Peter Pan costume complete with a green feather in his hat (not red!) as his favorite color is green!

Sadly my plans only include a night of PBS as I backed out of a trip to Chicago with my dh. I was afraid I was getting the flu. I didn't so I'm home alone with the cat!

I'd be happy to win anything. ;-)
