HAPPY DECEMBER!! Nothing makes my spirit brighter than some beautiful wrapped gifts! It's time to start thinking of wrapping....I know, I know Christmas is just too close.
This year, I decided to use paper bags & kraft paper to wrap our gifts. I just love the look of kraft paper. I also decided to make fabric gift tags for said gifts. :) Here is a peek at some of my tags:

Supplies Needed:
Christmas fabric
Sewing machine
Paper tags
Eyelet
Stickers

I used canvas scraps I had in my craft room. Wrapped the gifts using some peppermint twine. I love the look!
On this next tags I used the words from this tag.

Giveaway Time! It's been a VERY long time since I did a giveaway! One winner will win a December Daily Album Kit. Just leave a comment with your favorite Christmas tradition. I will choose a winner tomorrow at 5pm.
xoxo, Veronica

Woops- forgot to follow the instructions! :) I'd love to win!

My favorite Christmas tradition: our big family party on Christmas Eve, where we stuff ourselves silly with yummy foods my Grams makes, laugh with each other, and play games. :)

My favorite christmas tradition is getting together with my young godsisters and god brothers to celebrate our Christmas and new year's together and exchange gifts and catch up on things. Our parents used to do it when we were young kids so now we have carried it on. It's always fun because there is about 20+ of us "kids" and now some of us have our own little babies. Love it!

Thanks for the chance! =)

What a wonderful giveaway! Our favorite Christmas tradition is on Christmas Eve we have family communion. It is our way to stop in the midst of all the chaos and remember the reason for the season.

I don't know if I have one favorite tradition - it's all the little things i love - the reading of the stories, going to see the live reindeer and picking out our tree, hot chocolate by the fire, watching our favorite Christmas movies together as a family. All the good family times we have!

one of my fave things is gathering the kids to go for a walk or a drive to see the neighborhood lights. When we get home we have hot cocoa and cookies!

Wow, your gift tags caught my eye, they are so creative.

My favorite Christmas tradition is the one we started 6 years ago. We stay home on Christmas Day, in our jammies and watch the movie Santa brought us and play with all the kids new toys. We eat pizza and have fun together all day.

Love your wrapping & the tags too!!! My favorite Christmas tradition is a bit strange - on Christmas Eve we have taco night with my side of the family and then we exchange gifts. It wouldn't be so odd except that my mom is from Ireland and taco's are definitely not something she ever experienced growing up! Don't know how we started doing this but look forward to it every year!

really a december daily kit.

i am lucky enough that i don't have to split my xmas my inlaws and my family.

xmas eve, we spend @ the inlaws, where there is lots of food, family, music and fun. we re inact a portion of the "posada" and then each family rocks their baby jesus to sleep. it's nice to see how each of our families have grown and now the kids are sharing in it.
xmas day is with my family, again more food, fun, family and our traditional "grandchildren" photo shoot. this year will be extra special with 2 lil great grandchildren!
thnx for a super giveaway. maybe you'll wrap it up in your clever kraft and canvas tag!

I love wrapping gifts with Kraft paper and paper bags. Simple but pretty. We started a new tradition last year with Graham cracker/gingerbread houses on Christmas Eve. I can hardly wait to make them again this year. So much fun.

when my girls were younger, we wrapped up 24 Christmas story books and place them in a basket by the couch. Every night they would pick a book open it up and then cuddle up while I read it to them. Now that they are grown, we just don't do that anymore. Maybe in a few years with a grandchild.

I do a lot of baking like many during the holiday but my most favorite is baking sugar cookies with my son. We started doing this when he was 3 and each years it is more joyous then the last. Last year (he is now 10) He did them his self from start to finish with me watching only. He was so proud of them and they were awesomely good! Can't wait to get started on them this year!

My favorite Christmas tradition was when I was growing up. There were 4 of us kids, and my parents or Santa, would number our presents 1-4, and we would never know what gifts were ours. We would guess, shake the packages, etc. the days leading up to Christmas. On Christmas morning, there would be signs with our names and the number that we were along with our stockings and some sort of gift for our room-bean bag, reading chair backs for our beds, slippers, etc. Oh, that was so much fun!

Our Christmas tradition is to go to church on Christmas Eve. Afterward, we go to a local large seafood buffet restaurant and eat our fill, then home to open presents (baby is 15). Christmas day is just a leisurely date enjoying the peace around the house.

Those tags are fantastic! So Cute! Our tradition that i enjoy the most is that we get out all of our decorations the day after Thanksgiving and start decorating together. My husband and i started this about 20 years ago. I don't know how long this will last. My sons are getting older but for right now i'm enjoying this tradition to the fullest While it's still all four of us.

My favorite tradition is the ornaments I get every year for our boys. I created a VERY simple scrapbook album for each of the boys. I snap a photo and add journaling for why we chose that particular ornament. I plan to give them to their fiancee's as a shower gift when they each get married along with all the ornaments.

We also host an extended family cookie baking day. We have been doing it since my girls were toddlers. I enjoy this time as a family during the busy holidays
