Making Spirits Bright- vintage paper star garland

Just a quick hello. LOVED hearing about your traditions. Thanks for sharing!
I re-vamped last
year's garland
and used vintage music note paper and vintage book pages. I simply punched a bunch of stars, and hand cut stars out of fabric. Using your handy dandy sewing machine sew straight through the stars. Layer some fabric stars over some paper ones. Pretty simple.

I'm working on my first 2 pages of my traditions December book. eeek! I'm actually on track. I love not having pressure to snap a daily picture. ;)
I hope to share soon.

This will more likely end up on the mantel, but first, hubby must paint the mantel white. It's on his list of things to do this weekend.

Love, love, the vintage feel.

Hope you all have a nice weekend. We have tons planned for the boys. We're walking down Christmas Tree lane tonight, and watching the Christmas parade tomorrow plus getting our Christmas tree and squeezing in a family photo shoot. Whew! What do you have planned?

Hope you have a great weekend...I'll be back Monday with some ornaments I made guessed it! FABRIC. ;)

xoxo, Veronica
