love notes:

Today I have a simple Valentines gift using Love NotesPhrases

The other day when I was at Target I came across these fortune cookie erasers and goggle-eyed pen in the dollar spot.  I instantly thought “how could would Chic Tags Love Note Phrases be popping out of the cookies!” I did know they would be a lot easier & cuter than if I tried to make them myself. So I bought a package to play with.

I simply cut the left end off the phrase and the reattached with my tiny attacher.
Why? Because the phrase was to long with it on, and to short with it cut off. When I reattached the piece I overlapped it. This way it gave the phrase a little bit of length, and the doubled paper and staple made the phrase thicker so it would stay put in the cookie with out glue!

I also decided to give the pen a phrase flag too. I used a matching phrase that was blank over lapped it, and then glued it to the pen with glossy accents.  I finished it off with my tiny attacher.
