Before we get to Adrienne's gorgeous week three, I wanted to introduce you to the new design team. We had so many amazing submissions and it was so hard to narrow it down, but we finally managed to figure it out, and we're sure you'll love them as much as we do.
Social Media Director:
We will be formally introducing them beginning February 1st, and will also be saying goodbye to some of the most amazing designers out there.
Now, let's get on with Adrienne's fabulous week 3!
Hello Chic Tags fans! I'm here today to share my pocket scrapbooking spread for Week 3.
I was really inspired by the clear acetate tags from each collection and layered them throughout my spread.
I love how easy it is to add a Chic Tags journaling card to my pocket page spreads. They are bright and colorful enough to stand on their own with an embellishment or two and easy to add my own thoughts and feelings about our everyday activities to using my typewriter or my trusty Sharpie pen!
Here are a few closeups...
I layered the "Everyday Awesomeness" clear tag on a card from the Good Tidings collection.
I also used some Gold Foil Letter Stickers throughout my spread for this week. They are definitely some of my all-time favorite letter stickers and it's hard for me not to hoard them! I added a photo strip of me and my daughter for a "What I'm Doing Now" Instagram challenge. We were just hanging out in her room playing dolls and relaxing before pre-school that day. I just adore her expressions in these photos and I wanted to include them all in my spread without taking up a lot of space so a photo strip was the perfect way to remedy that!
I'm trying to include more "currents" in my pocket scrapbooking this year so I wrote my "Top 5" favorite things from this week on the Happy Place card below...
Chic Tags Used: Happy Place (Cards, Mini Tags, Clear Acetate Tags, Hanging Tags, Bookworm Patterned Paper), Good Tidings (Cards, Clear Acetate Tags, Gold Foil Letter Stickers, Peppermint Patterned Paper), School House (Photo Toppers)
What have you been including in your pocket scrapbooking this year? Any trends or traditions?
Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day!
