With the (slightly) warmer weather approaching-- it's supposed to be in the high 60's next week YAYY!!!-- it's made me long for everything summer. Popsicles, pools, floaties, bare feet, sunshine, and bright colors. One look at this Bookwork patterned paper and I knew I had the perfect photo for it!
This photo was taken in my parent's hot tub last summer. I'm not sure why it's my favorite photo of the trip we took to Seattle, it just shows my boys personality so much!
I used the Bookworm paper and the Lessons patterned paper along the sides. I love the ombre effect going down--it gives the illusion of water! I also added the gems for water "spray".
I used some of the Happy Place rub-ons along the sides (the arrows and the remember this). The tag is my favorite element of the whole page. You can dot down your information about the photo and tie some string on it to give it a dimensional look.
I challenge you to break out your summer colored product and print out some of your summer photos from 2013 that are stuck in your computer! Get them scrapped and admire your work!
