Hey everyone! Tracy here again! I'm so happy that it's Christmas time! It's one of my favourite times of the year. I'm bringing you all something a little different this time around... I made cards! I am in no way a card maker, but I hope you guys like the idea!
I took the adorable 3x4 cards from the Christmas Cheer collection and turned them into little 3x3 cards! You could use them as cards or as gift tags if you'd like. It was really simple to do, which is what is key for me - simple!
I took a piece of plain 12x12 white card stock and cut them down to 3x6, so when they were folded in half they would be little 3x3 squares. I then took some of the 3x4 Christmas Cheer cards (pictured above) and trimmed them down to 3x3. I took a glue stick and glued the card down on the white card stock. I wanted to add a little something extra to the cards, so I used some of the Tidbits (pictured below) and glued them on top of the card.
I punched a hole through the corner of each card so that I could add some ribbon or string (which apparently in my giant scrap supply stash, I do not own!). They were so simple to make, even this pocket-only scrapbooker could make them! I'm happy I decided to step out of my scrappy-comfort zone.
These are going to be the perfect addition to my presents this year! The "baking with love" one is my favourite, those gingerbread man and woman are adorable. Also, the little cork gingerbread people are probably my favourite piece from the entire Christmas Cheer collection!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed these little cards! To see more of the projects I create, be sure to check out my blog and follow me on Instagram and on Pinterest!
